Organisations

HelpYard supports two types of organisation:

• Provider — an FM company that provides cleaning services
• Client — a company that contracts cleaning services

Create an organisation

1. Go to Admin → Organisations
2. Click New Organisation
3. Select type: Provider or Client
4. Fill in: name, trade licence number, address, contact details
5. Save

Organisation contacts

Each organisation can have:

• Primary contact (name, email, phone)
• Secondary contact
• Social links (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram)

Linking users to organisations

Users are linked to an organisation when created. To change an organisation link: edit the user’s profile and select a different organisation.

Deleting an organisation

Organisations with active users or contracts cannot be deleted. Archive them instead via Edit → Archive Organisation.
