Exporting Data
HelpYard lets you export any report as a CSV or PDF for sharing with clients, importing into payroll systems, or long-term record keeping.
Export from the Reports section
- Go to Reports
- Select the report type from the left panel
- Set your date range and filters
- Click Export → choose CSV or PDF
Export from any list view
Most list pages (Tasks, Workers, Properties) have an Export button in the top-right that exports the currently filtered view. Filters and search terms apply to the export — only what you can see on screen is exported.
Available exports

CSV vs PDF — when to use each
Use CSV when:
- Importing data into payroll software (e.g. calculating hours worked)
- Analysing data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Sharing raw data with an accounting team
Use PDF when:
- Sending a report to a client for review
- Attaching to an invoice as a service record
- Filing for regulatory or audit purposes
What data is included
All exports include only data your role has access to. Provider Managers see only their organisation’s data. Admins see all organisations. No personally identifiable information beyond name and work contact is included in exports.
Scheduled exports
To receive automatic weekly or monthly exports by email, contact your account admin. Scheduled exports run at midnight UAE time on the configured day and are delivered to the email addresses on file.
