Dashboard Reports

The Reports dashboard gives you a live view of your operations performance. Data refreshes automatically — there is no need to reload the page during the workday.

Available metrics

Task metrics

  • Tasks completed today / this week / this month
  • On-time completion rate (%) — tasks completed before their due time
  • Average task duration — useful for identifying under-resourced sites
  • Overdue tasks — count of tasks past due date and not yet started

Workforce metrics

  • Workers currently on shift
  • Attendance rate (%) — workers who checked in vs total scheduled shifts
  • Overtime hours across all workers this week

Property metrics

  • Properties serviced this week
  • Properties with any overdue tasks
  • Client satisfaction score (calculated from feedback submissions)

Which roles see which metrics

Date ranges

Use the date picker to view any period:

  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • Custom range (select any start and end date)

The selected date range applies to all metric cards simultaneously. Use custom range for client reporting periods or invoice reconciliation.

Drilling down

Click any metric card to see the underlying data:

  • Overdue Tasks → list of all overdue tasks with property, worker, and due time
  • Attendance Rate → breakdown by worker showing present, absent, and late counts
  • Properties with Issues → list of properties with at least one overdue or disputed task

From any drill-down list you can click through to the individual task or worker record.

Refreshing data

The dashboard data auto-refreshes every 5 minutes. To force a refresh immediately, click the Refresh icon in the top right of the Reports page.

Sharing and printing

To share the dashboard with a client or manager:

  1. Set the desired date range
  2. Click Export → PDF
  3. A formatted summary report is generated with all visible metric cards

The PDF export includes your organisation’s logo and the selected date range in the header.
