Property Details
The Property Details page shows everything about a property in one place. All tabs are accessible from the property detail view by clicking on the property from the Properties list.
What you can see
- Overview — name, address, client organisation, property type, and current status
- Venues — all internal locations within the property (floors, car parks, amenity areas)
- Contracts — active and historical service contracts for this property
- Tasks — recent and upcoming tasks scoped to this property
- Documents — uploaded files such as floor plans, access instructions, and site-specific checklists
Tab details
Venues tab
Lists all venues with their type, area (sqm), floor number, and QR code status. From here you can add new venues, edit existing ones, or deactivate venues that are no longer in use. Each venue shows its unique location code.
Contracts tab
Shows all contracts linked to this property with their status (Draft / Active / Expired / Cancelled), value in AED, and service scope summary. Click any contract to open its full record. New contracts are created from this tab.
Tasks tab
Displays all tasks for this property sorted by due date. Filterable by status, worker, and date range. This view is useful for reviewing a property’s service history or identifying patterns in overdue tasks.
Documents tab
Upload PDFs, images, and other files relevant to this property. Common uploads include floor plans, access codes, client-specific cleaning protocols, and inspection reports. Documents are accessible to all users with access to this property.
Editing a property
Click Edit on the property detail page to update any field. Changes are saved immediately and logged in the audit trail with your name and timestamp.
Archiving a property
If a property is no longer active, archive it rather than delete it. Archived properties:
- Are hidden from active lists and task creation dropdowns
- Retain all historical tasks, attendance records, and contracts
- Can be restored at any time
Go to Edit → Archive Property to archive.
Unarchiving a property
To restore an archived property:
- Go to Properties
- Click Show Archived in the filter bar
- Open the archived property
- Click Edit → Restore Property
The property becomes active immediately and is visible in all dropdowns again.
