Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you land on the Overview dashboard. This is your operational command centre — a live view of everything happening across your properties right now.

Dashboard sections

Summary cards

At the top you will see key numbers at a glance:

  • Active tasks today — tasks currently In Progress or dispatched
  • Workers on shift — workers with a shift scheduled for today
  • Properties with open issues — properties that have at least one overdue or disputed task
  • Pending approvals — tasks marked Done awaiting supervisor verification

These numbers update automatically every 5 minutes.

Recent activity

A live feed of task updates, check-ins, and status changes from your team — most recent first. Each entry shows the worker, the action, the property, and the time. Click any entry to jump to the full record.

Quick actions

Common actions you can take from the dashboard without navigating away:

  • Create a new task — opens the task creation form
  • Add a worker — opens the worker creation form
  • View reports — jumps to the Reports section

The left sidebar contains all sections. The sections visible depend on your role.

Field workers see a simplified view with only their assigned tasks. Clients see only the client portal sections.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press ? anywhere in the platform to see the keyboard shortcuts reference. Common shortcuts:

  • N — create a new task
  • G P — go to Properties
  • G W — go to Workforce
  • G T — go to Tasks
