Login Problems

HelpYard uses passwordless login. All authentication is via a magic link sent to your email address. There is no password to reset or remember.

I am not receiving the login email

Work through these steps in order:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — magic link emails occasionally land there on first use
  2. Add noreply@helpyard.ae to your contacts or safe senders list
  3. Make sure you are entering the exact email address your account was created with (case-insensitive, but no typos)
  4. Wait 1 minute and request a new link — there can be a short delivery delay
  5. If still not received, ask your admin to confirm your account is active and the email on file is correct

Login links expire after 10 minutes for security. Go back to app.helpyard.ae, enter your email again, and click Send Link. Open the new email immediately and click the link within 10 minutes.

I keep getting redirected back to the login page

This usually means your browser is blocking the authentication cookie:

  1. Make sure cookies are enabled for app.helpyard.ae (check browser settings → Privacy → Cookies)
  2. Try in a private / incognito window — extensions and cached cookies cannot interfere there
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies specifically for app.helpyard.ae
  4. If on a managed corporate device, your IT policy may block third-party cookies or certain redirects — contact your IT team

My account has been suspended

Suspended accounts receive an “Account suspended” message at login rather than a magic link. Contact your manager or HelpYard admin to have your account reactivated. Your task history and data are fully preserved during suspension.

I do not know which email to use

Your login email is the one that was used when your account was created. It is not necessarily your personal email — it may be a work email assigned by your manager. Check with your manager or admin if unsure.

I am a client and cannot log in for the first time

Your FM company’s admin must create your account and enable the client portal before you can log in. If you have never received a login link, contact your FM company’s account manager and ask them to send an invitation.

Nothing above worked

  2. Note which browser and device you are using
