Adding Properties
A Property in HelpYard represents a building or site that your FM company services.
Add a property
- Go to Properties in the sidebar
- Click Add Property
- Fill in the required fields:
- Property name
- Address (with emirate)
- Client organisation
- Property type (Office, Mall, Residential, Industrial, Other)
- Click Save
Property types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Office | Commercial office buildings |
| Mall | Retail / shopping centres |
| Residential | Apartments and villas |
| Industrial | Warehouses and factories |
| Mixed Use | Combined residential / commercial |
