Creating Tasks
A Task is a unit of cleaning work — it describes what needs to be done, where, and by whom.
Create a task
- Go to Tasks in the sidebar
- Click New Task
- Fill in the required fields:
- Title (e.g. “Daily cleaning — Office B, Floor 4”)
- Property and venue
- Assigned worker(s)
- Due date and time
- Priority (Low / Normal / High / Urgent)
- Optionally attach a checklist from a template
- Click Create Task
Task types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| One-off | A single task with a specific due date |
| Recurring | Repeats on a schedule (daily, weekly, etc.) |
| Reactive | Created in response to a client request |
Attaching a checklist
Select a template when creating the task to automatically attach a checklist. Workers complete each checklist item on their mobile device as they work.
