Task Dispatch

When a task is created and assigned, it is dispatched to the worker’s HelpYard mobile interface.

Worker notification

Workers receive a push notification (if the mobile app is installed) or can check their task list in the mobile web interface.

What workers see

• Task title and description
• Property name and venue
• Due time
• Attached checklist (if any)
• Site location map

Accepting and starting a task

Workers tap Start Task when they begin. This:

• Records the start time
• Requires a location check-in (venue QR scan)
• Makes the task visible as In Progress to supervisors

Dispatcher view

From the Tasks dashboard, supervisors can see all active tasks on a live board sorted by status and due time.
