Login Problems

HelpYard uses passwordless login. All authentication is via a magic link sent to your email address.

I am not receiving the login email

1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Add noreply@helpyard.ae to your contacts / safe senders list
3. Make sure you are entering the correct email address
4. Try requesting a new link

If the problem persists, ask your admin to verify your account is active.

My link says it has expired

Login links expire after 10 minutes for security. Go back to the login page and request a new link.

I keep getting redirected back to the login page

This usually means your browser is blocking cookies:

1. Make sure cookies are enabled for app.helpyard.ae
2. Try in an incognito / private window
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies for this site

My account has been suspended

Suspended accounts cannot log in. Contact your admin to have your account reactivated.

I do not know which email to use

Your login email is the one that was used when your account was created. Check with your manager or admin.
