Worker Profiles

Each worker has a profile page that shows their full history on the platform.

Profile sections

• Overview — personal details, contact, status
• Assigned Properties — which properties this worker is linked to
• Task History — all tasks assigned to and completed by this worker
• Attendance — check-in and check-out records

Editing a profile

Admins and Provider managers can edit worker profiles. Click Edit on the profile page.

Linking to a user account

A field worker can have a HelpYard login for the mobile worker interface. To link a profile to a user account, go to Edit → Link User Account.

Generating a QR code

Each worker can have a personal QR code for site sign-in. Generate this from Profile → Generate QR Code.
