Common Issues
Login issues
Problem: I did not receive a login link email.
- Check your spam / junk folder
- Ensure you are using the correct email address
- Wait 1 minute and try again
- See Login Problems for more
Problem: My login link says “expired”.
- Links expire after 10 minutes. Click Request new link on the login page.
Tasks
Problem: A task is stuck as “Dispatched” and the worker says they never received it.
- Check the worker’s assigned email is correct under their profile
- Resend the task notification from Task → Actions → Resend
- Verify the worker has notifications enabled in their browser
Problem: I cannot assign a worker to a task.
- The worker must be linked to the same property as the task
- Check under Workforce → Worker Profile → Assigned Properties
Data
Problem: A property is not appearing in the dropdown when creating a task.
- The property may be archived. Go to Properties → Show Archived to restore it.
